جهاز ZM-7205A هو عبارة عن متحكم ومُشغل ذكي متطور للمحركات الكهربائية عديمة المسفرات (BLDC)، مصمم خصيصاً للتعامل مع القدرات المتوسطة والعالية بجهد مرتفع يصل إلى 310 فولت مستمر (DC).

يعتمد هذا المشغل على دوائر متكاملة واسعة النطاق بدلاً من التصاميم العتادية التقليدية، مما يمنحه سرعة استجابة فائقة ومقاومة عالية للتشويش والاضطرابات الكهربائية.

 المواصفات الفنية الرئيسية

جهد الدخل (الكهرباء المصدرية): يدعم تياراً متناوباً (AC) يتراوح بين 70 إلى 230 فولت (الجهد الاسمي الموصى به هو 220 فولت AC).

جهد التشغيل الداخلي للمحرك: يقوم بتحويل الجهد الكهربائي ليعطي خرجاً يصل إلى 310 فولت تيار مستمر (DC) لتغذية المحرك.

أقصى تيار مستمر: يتحمل تياراً يصل إلى 5 أمبير كحد أقصى.

القدرة الاستيعابية القصوى: يستطيع تشغيل محركات تصل قدرتها إلى 1100 واط (1.1 كيلو واط).

التوافق مع الحساسات: يدعم تشغيل المحركات ثلاثية الطور (3-Phase BLDC) سواء كانت تحتوي على حساسات هول (Hall Sensors) أو بدونها.

أقصى سرعة دوران: يمكنه توجيه المحرك للوصول إلى سرعة 20,000 دورة في الدقيقة (RPM) (حسب قدرة المحرك المستخدم).

الميزات الوظيفية والتحكم 

وحدة الضبط الذكية المحمولة يدويًا (Handheld Unit): يأتي الجهاز مع وحدة تحكم رقمية خارجية (موديل ZM-BL01 عادةً) لبرمجة المتغيرات، وضبط الإعدادات، ومعايرة السرعة والسرعة الابتدائية بسهولة عبر منفذ الشبكة الخاص بالمشغل.

نظام حلقة مغلقة مزدوجة (Double Closed Loop): يضمن هذا النظام ثبات سرعة الدوران وعزم دوران قوياً جداً حتى عند السرعات المنخفضة والتحميل العالي.

خيارات متعددة للتحكم بالسرعة: يمكن ضبط السرعة عبر مقاومة متغير خارجية (Potentiometer) أو من خلال إشارة تعديل عرض النبضة (PWM).

أطراف تحكم متكاملة: يحتوي على منافذ مخصصة لتفعيل التشغيل (EN)، وتغيير اتجاه الدوران (DIR)، ومكابح الطوارئ الإلكترونية (X1).

مخرج نبضات السرعة (FG): يتيح قياس السرعة الفعلية للمحرك بدقة مع عزل ضوئي (Optical Isolation) لحماية لوحات التحكم الذكية كالأردوينو أو الـ PLC من التيارات العالية.

This product uses a large-scale integrated circuit to replace the original hardware design, with higher anti-jamming and fast response performance. This product is suitable for driving input current below 5A, power supply voltage in AC70V~230V (panel nominal AC80V~220V) Or three-phase brushless DC motor without Hall, and has the characteristics of low temperature when working with large current.

Products used in a series of knitting equipment, medical equipment, food packaging machinery, electric tools, etc. Electrical Automation Control.

Feature:

1.External speed display board, display speed; can also be connected to the computer, used to set the drive parameters;

2.Double closed-loop current speed design, high torque at low speed, stable operation;

3.High torque and high speed output, the maximum speed of 20000rpm/min; (according to the user's motor may be)

4.Speed control mode: External PWM speed control or external potentiometer speed adjustment;

This product can realize the following functions: (Standard factory default setting is square wave Hall open loop mode)

2. Square wave has Hall speed closed loop operation

3. Square wave without Hall speed open loop operation

4. Square wave without Hall speed closed loop operation

5. Constant torque open-loop mode operation (Long-term overload operation is strictly prohibited)

6. Constant Torque Closed-Loop Mode Operation (Long-term overload operation is prohibited)

The above functions can be set according to the PC software or handheld debugger provided by our company.

Note:

When there is no Hall operation, there is no direction control function;
